Not everyone can have fun all the time, but there are things that you can do to incorporate more fun into your life, especially during difficult or challenging times.
Use your IMAGINATION. Relearn how to PLAY. Learn how to LET GO.
Here Are 5 Simple Strategies To Increase The FUN in your life :
- Fun includes happiness, amusement, exhilaration, laughter and joy, so look for experiences that meet these needs
- Build white space into your daily schedule that allows you to indulge in activities that bring joy
- Refresh your activities. Try something new
- Develop a Humour First-Aid Kit and fill it with your favourite jokes, clippings, and stories
- Say YES to experiences with friends and family that build joy. Fun is always more fun when it is shared with other people. It stimulates serotonin and oxytocin, two neurochemicals essential to feelings of security and being loved.
Remember that if you are having real fun, you will never regret it.
