During these uncertain economic times it is essential that we find positive ways to take care of ourselves even when financial stress is top of mind.

We cannot change or predict what will happen in the markets and what may or may not happen with the economy. What we can do is follow the S-O-S approach and ensure that we stay healthy throughout the uncertainty.

- Talk to those who know your investments and your financial situation. Find out what you do and do not have control over.
- Keep your financial stress in perspective – try not to get caught up in awfulizing
- Make sure that you are taking care of yourself – eat, sleep and exercise – take breaks – enjoy your hobbies – value your me time
Build your supports – get connected to your friends and family – strengthen your beliefs – play and have fun – and talk to a therapist or your doctor if you find that you are not coping as well as you could be. Click to tweet
