Pura Vida Executive Development Retreat 2019
Next Retreat: TBD
You shut down your computer and end another 12-hour day. You can’t keep going like this. You think to yourself, “I need a break.” You’re exhausted, but who has time to stop?
“Executives often find that retreats are prime opportunities to regroup and recharge. They may loathe leaving the office, but executives attending effective retreats end up feeling that their time is used wisely; what they lose in time, they should gain in contacts or knowledge.” Forbes
Leaders are constantly being challenged by an environment that is uncertain, complex, highly-demanding and always changing. Your ability to remain relevant and high-performing and to successfully lead organization and system-wide change depends on your ability to grow, transform and be resilient. As an executive, you are at your greatest when you are at the top of your game, physically and mentally. As a leader, you are a role model to your team and are vital to helping your members grow and be successful and productive.
Are you a corporate executive, business leader or small business owner who is:
- Wanting to step off the treadmill and experience more fun and adventure?
- Stretched too thin and at risk for mental and physical burnout?
- Looking to recharge and refill your resiliency tool belt?
If YES, join us for our unique, seven-day Pura Vida Executive Retreat to exotic Costa Rica.
“Pura Vida. This Costa Rican greeting means ‘pure life’. A phrase to express a philosophy of perseverance, resilience in overcoming difficulties, enjoying life slowly and celebrating good fortune.”
Our Pura Vida Executive Retreats and small group size allow ample time for productive conversation and personal reflection to emerge, in a setting that our every day world often stifles. The rare opportunity to travel to a country like Costa Rica for this retreat, offers you the unique opportunity to really get away from all that is familiar and distracting. Costa Rica offers the ability for deep experiential discovery and learning, through truly unique excursions, in a tranquil locale.
Our 7-day retreat offers what typical 2 and 3-day executive retreats fall short of delivering, Relaxation!
To decompress and actually unwind, especially at the senior executive level, more time is required to find that place where you can recharge and begin the journey of building resiliency. Welcome to Costa Rica – Pura Vida!
