Beverly has worked with small to mid-size companies to develop and execute their comprehensive wellness plans. Consulting services can include evaluating your existing wellness program, helping to determine the proper benchmarks, deciding on future direction and goals, and implementing proper measurements to ensure bottom-line impact.

Wellness Program Development
A truly effective Comprehensive Wellness Program is based on sound benchmark information. It is not designed around the ‘flavour’ of the day, but stems out of the true needs of the employees and their sources and symptoms of stress. This is why Beverly works with her clients to create an Employee Wellness Questionnaire in the first phase of program development.

To create the Employee Questionnaire Beverly helps you pull together a list of questions that can indicate the various sources of stress that your employees may be facing, along with various symptoms that they may be experiencing. These questions can then be studied to see if there are trends or major issues that can be tackled by your wellness program.

The assessment always outlines the reason for exploring employee health and what you are intending to do with the information. We carefully explain the confidentiality policy and how the results will be reported back to the Wellness Committee and employees. To increase employee participation Beverly encourages her clients to designate a specific time for their employees to fill out the questionnaire. You can’t assume that they will fill it out on their own time, or when there is a break in their schedule.
