How Could We Ignore The Beautiful Nature Surrounding Us?
It is incredible how we focus on the difficult side of life and can often ignore the most amazing and beautiful things around us.
One of the easiest ways to put our stress back into perspective is to move from our “belly buttons out to the rest of the world”.
What do I mean by this?
We need to occasionally move from looking at ourselves to noticing the awesome things that are occurring all around us.

Look at how the summer has enveloped the trees and the flowers. Take a moment to breathe in the peace of the world. Let the warmth of the summer sun penetrate your mind and soul and bring you some much-needed perspective on the daily stressors we face.
